My workaround was to delete one of the points, copy the shape and flip it, but I also couldn't find a tool to connect vector shapes, so this is a very unflexible solution. Generally, the symmetry should run through the middle two points, but I couldn't find a solution that didn't require me to manipulate the left and right point in the exact same way to get a symmetrical egg. This of course can easily be done with bezier transformations, but mirror mode doesn't work on vectors and symmetry only works on a single point, but I have four points that need to be manipulated. I wanted to create something like a "stunted" ellipse, let's just go with an egg shape since in principle, the solution should be similar. It's a very easy topic, but I didn't really find a solution for this anywhere.
